Chef Brian of Salvatore’s is pulling up and we went full send on flavor:
PORK BELLY BURNT ENDS CARBONARA
We’re talking rich, silky carbonara loaded with smoked pork belly burnt ends — crispy edges, melt-in-your-mouth fat, deep BBQ smoke wrapped into that creamy, peppery pasta.
It’s smoky meets classic Italian… and somehow it works way too well.
SMOKED PEACH COBBLER TART
Slow-smoked peaches baked into a buttery tart, topped with Sassy Cow ice cream and finished with bourbon caramel.
Hot + cold, smoky + sweet… basically dessert doing the absolute most.
This is not a “grab a quick bite” situation.
This is a:
- loosen-your-belt-before-you-even-order
- “we should split this”… doesn’t split it
- stare-at-the-table-in-silence-after-the-first-bite kind of meal
