This exclusive dinner brings together slow-smoked barbecue and award-winning Wisconsin bourbon for a memorable night of great food, great pours, and great company.
Guests will begin the evening with a welcome social moment, featuring a pour of Driftless Glen bourbon paired with a bite of pork belly burnt ends. From there, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully crafted three-course barbecue dinner, with each course paired with a curated bourbon pour designed to complement the rich smoke, savory flavors, and sweetness of classic barbecue.
The evening’s menu features favorites from the Primal’Cue barbecue pit, including our signature Texas Cupcake, a hearty barbecue dinner with ¼ rack of ribs, smoked chicken thigh, mac & cheese, and green beans, and finishes with a warm pecan pie bar for dessert.
Throughout the evening, guests will learn more about Driftless Glen’s award-winning bourbon and how the deep caramel, oak, and spice notes pair beautifully with traditional barbecue flavors.
